About Taipei Rose Garden

Taipei Rose Garden, located at Xinsheng Park Area of Taipei Expo Park, has more than 700 varieties of rose from all over the world. Taipei Rose Garden is the biggest planted rose garden locally, which possesses the most rose species in Taiwan. The flower field is open for 24 hours and free.

Taipei Rose Garden is European-style designed garden park, the main purpose and facilities of this design include flat flower display area, garden and sunshine lawn. It contains Forestry Garden Flowering Zone, Maze Garden, Peaceful Garden and Classical Rose Garden.

Story of Rose Palace

Rose, the King of flowers, is not only favorited by many flowerholics, but the synonym of romance and love. Recently, the government spends 10 million dollars on expending the area of Taipei Rose Garden, located at Xinsheng Park Area of Taipei Expo Park, and cultivates at least 700 varieties of rose and more than 2800 roses.

The official website of Taipei Rose Exposition also has online exhibition with the theme of Story of Rose Palace. By simulating the roses as the harem belle, people are more familiar to Taipei Rose Garden themed with classical rose, and know more about these precious and rare varieties of rose from Europe, Japan and Taiwan.

"Happiness Voyage X Rose Sea" Photography Competition

During 3/25-4/30, all of the people can upload 30 seconds video at Taipei Rose Garden Facebook: https://reurl.cc/Rdaqz6.

The video should contain specify subjects which are “Airplane” and “Rose”. Both of the subjects have to appear in the same scene simultaneously. The narration, music and special effect are all available in the video. The results of the competition will be voted by likes of the Facebook post. Each of the competitors within the top ten ranks can get an exquisite rose gift box. (Deadline of the uploading is April.30, 13:59 PM)

Walk to the bus station “Xinsheng Park (Songjiang)” from Taipei EXPO Park, Xinsheng Area, then take bus 222 to “Miramar Station”. After that transfer to bus blue 7 to National Palace Museum.
